Featured Project
Located in the heart of the Grandview-Woodland neighbourhood in East Vancouver, this project represents the first mass timber development for BC Indigenous Housing Society and stands as one of the first mass timber affordable rental housing initiatives in Western Canada.
This 12-storey mid-rise redevelopment replaces a fire-damaged, three-storey building—originally compromised in 2017—with a new structure comprising 81 low-income housing units dedicated to Indigenous individuals and families.
